Collection: Coldwater Series

Only 3% of all the water on earth is "fresh" - the rest is saltwater.  And of this, less than 1% is what we call "coldwater."  Coldwater holds more oxygen than warmwater, which means coldwater fish will require higher oxygen levels in order to survive and prefer water temperatures between 50 and 60 degrees. Most often found in the states with higher elevation and cold wind temperatures.
